Narrative
more launch demand -> more vehicles and higher cadence -> more engines, alloy structures and propellant -> more precision manufacturing capacity (turbopumps, chambers, tanks)
A launch is a vehicle flown; capacity is the vehicle count times the cadence each can sustain. A vehicle needs engines, whose thrust follows from propellant mass flow and exhaust velocity, plus alloy structures and tanks, all of which come out of precision manufacturing. Reusability raises cadence per vehicle and shifts the constraint from vehicle production to refurbishment and range availability. What this does not fix: licensing and range capacity, which limit cadence independently of hardware.

Space launch capacity depends on Launch vehicle.
Mechanism
Every orbital launch flies a licensed launch vehicle; capacity is vehicles available times cadence.

Launch vehicle requires input Rocket engine2 evidenceEstablished relation
Launch vehicle depends on Rocket engine.
Mechanism
Thrust comes from the engines on each stage; a vehicle cannot fly without its full engine set.

Rocket engine requires input Precision manufacturing2 evidenceEstablished relation
Rocket engine depends on Precision manufacturing.
Mechanism
Engines are machined, welded and increasingly printed to tight tolerances; engine production rate bounds vehicle production.
