What this measures

Orbital launch attempts in the calendar year grouped by the country of the launch service provider as Launch Library 2 lists it (ISO 3166-1 alpha-3). A provider registered in several countries is attributed to the first country listed and the launch is flagged in metadata; a launch whose provider has no country is counted only in the world total. The World row is the sum over all providers. Counted from Launch Library 2 launch records whose net launch time falls in the calendar year, with suborbital flights excluded by the API (include_suborbital=false) and status Success, Failure or Partial Failure (the vehicle lifted off). Launches still marked Go, TBD or Hold are not counted.
