The three-year average of the prevalence of undernourishment (SDG indicator 2.1.1) that FAO publishes for countries, where annual estimates are too uncertain to release. Each value covers three consecutive years and is stored with period_start at the first year and period_end at the last (for example 2021-2023). FAOSTAT domain FS, item Prevalence of undernourishment (percent) (3-year average) (210041), element Value (6121), unit percent. From 2000-2002. Values FAO publishes as the text '<2.5' (below 2.5 percent) are not numbers and are not stored, so low-prevalence countries have gaps.
